Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money.

3. The case of the applicant is that the respondent had received a sum of Rs.45,00,000/- from the applicant in his office at Villivakkam and also executed a mortgage deed dared 02.06.2015 which was registered as Doc.No.2806 of 2015 on the file of SRO, Villivakkam.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the entire cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence this application.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
