ORDER

The petitioner was involved in a Traffic offence on 25.09.2020 and the Traffic Police issued a traffic fine Challan No.TN4381520 0925191618 for Rs.1000 + Rs.100 totally (Rupees One Thousand and One Hundred Only). Though the petitioner is ready to pay the fine amount before the learned XXIII, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, but he is unable to pay the said amount, since the bench clerk informed that the case sheet is not with the Court. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submit that the respondent/police are ready to accompany the petitioner as and when he appears before the respondent/police, thereafter taken to the learned XXIII, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, facilitate the petitioner in remitting the fine amount.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the respondent/police, on or before 09.07.2021 after receiving this order copy to remit the fine amount and on such appearance, the respondent/police shall make necessary arrangements to have the case papers available before the XXIII, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
