This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.94 of 2026 and the same has been closed.
