Ms.V.Geethalakshmi representing Mr.V.Gunasekar, counsel on record for the Revision Petitioner is before this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue the matter and seeks short accommodation. Request not acceded for the following reasons:
(i)The Daily Order dated October 16, 2025 reads thus: "There is no representation for the revision petitioner.
2.List this matter on 24.10.2025 under the cause list caption "for dismissal"."

2.Today also there is no representation for the Revision Petitioner.
3.With a view to give one more opportunity to the Revision Petitioner, list the matter under the cause list caption "for dismissal" on 25.10.2025." 3.As it could be seen from the previous daily order extracts, despite sufficient opportunities, the Revision Petitioner did not choose to argue this Civil Revision Petition. Under such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
