ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1998 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025 in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1998 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025 is relaxed.
