O R D E R

Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for registration of sale deed in her favour in respect of Plot Nos.3486 & 3487, Trichy, Navalpet, Phase II, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.02.2017, within a time frame.

3. Mr. G.Sankaran , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2017, the 2nd respondent has not considered the same yet.

4.Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
