The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. The respondent filed O.S.No.63 of 2011 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruppur seeking to declare the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent as invalid.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to withdraw O.S.No.63 of 2011 from the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruppur and transfer the same to the file of the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur.

3. In view of section 19(iii-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, H.M.O.P. may be tried at the place where the wife resides.

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of O.S.No.63 of 2011 from the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruppur and transfer the same to the file of the District Munsif Court, Anthiyur.
