ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, under the caption "For Reporting Compliance."

2. Ms.Brindha, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.J.Pradeep, learned Counsel on Record for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that, in compliance with the order of this Court dated 21.11.2025, the cost imposed therein has been paid directly to the Respondent. It was further submitted that a photocopy of the memo, dated December 5, 2025 evidencing such payment has also been filed before this Court.

3. In view of the said submission and the memo placed on record, compliance of the order dated 21.11.2025 is duly recorded.

4. Taking into consideration the age of the original suit in O.S.No.102 of 2013 and the present stage of the proceedings, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. Both the parties shall co-operate with Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.

5. In view of the compliance recorded above, the order dated 21.11.2025 stands complied with and no further orders are required in this matter.
