This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 05.01.2017 passed in R.C.O.P.No.1998 of 2015 by the learned XI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the order passed in R.C.O.P.No. 1998 of 2015 has been filed along with R.C.A.No.124 of 2017 before the learned Judge, VII Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

3.However, it is seen that the certified copy of the order passed in R.C.A.No.124 of 2017 is filed.

4. Taking into consideration the genuine reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
