This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 267 days in filing the above appeal against the decree and final order dated 25.11.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.1674 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Court No.II, Salem.

2.Notice has been served on the respondents 1 & 2. The 1st respondent is represented through counsel and the name of 2nd respondent is printed in the cause list.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and 1st respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 267 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
