2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The 17th paragraph of the order dated 27.10.2022 to be read as follows;

"17. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed.

Impugned Order is set aside and the Respondent is directed to issue SHIS script in accordance with the Foreign Trade Policy to the petitioner".
