The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 10 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment dated 09.01.2024 made in C.C.No.626 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
