ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, vide, order, dated 18/3/2021, made in Crl.O.P.No.399 of 2021.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

3. The learned counsel appearing for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) did not oppose the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.399 of 2021, on 18/3/2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first Monday of every calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
