This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPs Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further order in order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26751 of 2024 by the order dated 25.10.2024. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPs Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further order in Crl.O.P.No.26751 of 2024 by the order dated 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
