The instant Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to delete entries in Plot No.60, Shri Raja Nagar in Survey No.140142 A/2C, 52, Thaiyur Village, Chengalpattu District, from the registration records in the office of the 2nd respondent as well as the 3rd respondent should conduct inquiry as per Circular 67 and cancel the illegal Settlement Deed dated 17.04.2015 executed by the 4th respondent herein in favour of the 5th respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the copies of letters issued by the 3rd respondent dated 13.10.2016 in Na.Ka.No.5168/A3/2016. As already the respondent concerned has registered a complaint and the same is pending for enquiry, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is also not known as to whether the enquiry is still pending or not. If it is pending, let the same be completed as expeditiously as possible.
