Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take suitable action against the 4th Respondent for having violated the Bar Council of India Rules by making false allegation against the Petitioner who is a Government servant on the basis of the Petitioner complaint dated 23.04.2021 submitted to first respondent Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
