declaring the action of the respondents in not publishing the list of names and details of Vice Chancellor aspirants in the official web site of the Bharathidasan University is illegal and consequently direct the respondents to publish the list of names and details of Vice Chancellor aspirants in the official web site of Bharathidasan University forthwith.

ORDER

To delcare the action of the respondents in not publishing the list of names and details of Vice Chancellor aspirants in the official web site of the Bharathidasan University as illegal, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the recent developments, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Accordingly, permission is granted. In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
