ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 am, until further orders in order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25179 of 2024 by the order dated 14.10.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25179 of 2024 ordered on 14.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
