ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.4 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, and file the charge sheet before the Special Court for Land Grabbing Krishnagiri District at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case on 23.06.2017 in Crime No. 4 of 2017 under Sections 420, 465, 468, 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C., but, thereafter no steps has been taken to file any final report and hence he requests to direct the respondent to file final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigation and the investigation is in progress. She requests to grant four two months time for filing final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
