ORDER

W.P.No.10618 of 2022 has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings No.4857/E1/2021 dated 06.10.2021 and 07.04.2022 on the file of the Respondent and quash the same.

2. W.P.No.10622 of 2022 has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings No.14373/E1/2021 dated 07.04.2022 on the file of the Respondent and quash the same.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Both the writ petitions have been filed challenging the charge memo. This Court, normally never interfere with the charge memo on usual grounds. Further, both the writ petitions are pending without any interim order for the past two years. The respondent had also proceeded with the disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, at this juncture, the relief sought for in these writ

petitions cannot be considered. The respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceeding, within a period of six months from today.

5. In view of the above, these writ petitions are devoid of merits and are liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
