O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector/first respondent on 18.04.2016 complaining that respondents 3 to 6 are in the process of constructing a temple on a manyam land without any authority. Since follow-up action was not taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.The representation stated to have been given by the petitioner is pending on the file of the first respondent. We direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 18.04.2016 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that before taking any decision, notice shall be issued to respondents 3 to 6.
