O R D E R

The impugned proceedings dated 09.07.2016 reducing the students admission strength is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The order dated 09.07.2016 reveals that the Council of Architecture constituted under the provisions of the Architecture Act 1972, restricted the sanction of seats for 5year Full-time Bachelor of Architecture Degree Course to 80. It is contended that originally the sanctioned strength was 120 and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3. Admittedly, 95 Students were admitted during the academic year 2016-2017, pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in this writ petition. Thus, 95 students admitted to under go five year Full-time Bachelor of Architecture Degree Course had completed their respective course.

4. This apart, the competent authority has accorded approval of admission for 95 students. In view of the fact that the approval had already been granted in respect of all 95 students admitted during the academic year 2016-2017 and thus, students have completed their course. There is no need to entertain further adjudication in respect of the ground raised in this writ petition. If at all any other grievance exists for the students, it is for them to redress the same in the manner known to law.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
