(Crime No.7/2020) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time to comply with the condition that the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate on or before 01.07.2020 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7413 of 2020 by an order dated 27.05.2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to comply with the condition that the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each, before the concerned Magistrate on or before 01.07.2020, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7413 of 2020 by an order dated 27.05.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the lifting of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lockdown or commencement of court's normal functioning, whichever is earlier. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
