Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue of the petitioner's minor daughter S.Thilaga, aged about 17 years, now under the custody of the third respondent and set the detenue at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by S.Baskaran, J) The detenue S.Thilaga is produced before this Court today. The petitioner is also present before this Court and identified the detenue through her counsel. On enquiry, it is seen that the detenue is a minor and states that she is unaware of the place where she was detained and also not aware about the person who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
detained her. She has also expressed her desire to go with her mother, the petitioner herein. Accordingly, the detenue is at liberty to go with her mother. With these observations, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
