This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 2 to 4 herein as the respondents 2 to 4 in the place of 1st respondent in the above CRP No.3063 of 2008.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carryout the amendment in the cause title.
