The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5660 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025, is relaxed. 4.
