O R D E R

The petitioner wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.599 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to Family Court, Chennai to be heard along with HMOP.No.1696 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for transfer as prayed for.

3. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, HMOP.No.599 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to IV Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.No.1696 of 2020, pending on its file. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
