Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner had handed over the possession of the suit property, he has got instruction to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and to that effect he has also made an endorsement in the memorandum of grounds in the Civil Revision Petition. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
