ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to give police protection to the petitioner especially to run petrol bunk.

From a reading, this Court finds that the dispute is between the father and his son and the property which was given under a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner herein by his father has been canceled. In the said circumstances, there is a case and a case in counter registered and both are under investigation.

In the said circumstances, there is no necessity to order the police to give protection to the petitioner. The respondent police shall take note of the fact that any act of crime if committed appropriate investigation should be conducted in accordance with law. 2/4

With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
