Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order or direction directing the 2nd Respondent to survey the property with police aid comprised in Survey No.398 measuring 5 Acres, 393/2 measuring 0.31.1/4 cents, 400/2A measuring 0.06 cents, 400/2C measuring 0.04.1/4 along with half share in the well and pump set with common pathway totally 5.41.34 acres situated at Sulur Village, Palladam taluk, within the sub registration district of Sulur and registration District of Thirupur.
