O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing respondents to grant admission to the petitioner's daughter C.Chithra. This court by order dated 01.09.2017 directed the School authorities not to fill up any vacancy in the class 7th standard.

2. When the matter is called today, Ms.S.Meenakumari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been admitted on 04.09.2017. In this regard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner was already given admission in the 2nd respondent school.

3. Since the prayer sought by the petitioner has been complied with, this writ petition is closed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
