PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue a patta in pursuance of the orders issued by this Court in W.P.Nos.7533 of 2018, 7534 of 2018 and 18/2018, in respect of the property bearing Plot Nos.47 and 48, bearing Old Door Nos.22 and 23, New Door Nos.20 and 22, situated at Temple Road, Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 600 082 in S.Nos.357, 329, 305/4, 288, 290, 283, 317, 313/3, 312/2, 308/1, 304/3, 302/2, 300/1, 299/2, 298/2, 277, 274 comprised in T.S.No.17, Block No.36 of Peravallur Village, Purasawalkam - Perambur Taluk, within the limit of Chennai Corporation measuring to an extent of 6400sq.ft. of land together with constructed area of 1600sq.ft.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a patta in pursuance of the orders issued by this Court in W.P.Nos.7533 of 2018, 7534 of 2018 and 18/2018, in respect of the property bearing Plot Nos.47 and 48, bearing Old Door Nos.22 and 23, New Door Nos.20 and 22, situated at Temple Road, Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 600 082 in S.Nos.357, 329, 305/4, 288, 290, 283, 317, 313/3, 312/2, 308/1, 304/3, 302/2, 300/1, 299/2, 298/2, 277, 274 comprised in T.S.No.17, Block No.36 of Peravallur Village, Purasawalkam - Perambur Taluk, within the limit of Chennai Corporation measuring to an extent of 6400sq.ft. of land together with constructed area of 1600sq.ft.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
