Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent bearing proceedings in P.Doct.Nos.60 and 64/2002 dated 23.02.2015 and quash the same as illegal and against the principles of law and consequently direct the respondent to register and release the RELEASE DEED dated 11.11.2002, pending on the file of the respondent bearing pending document No.60 of 2002 and 64 of 2002.

ORDER

The petitioner though challenged the order passed by the respondent, thereby, directing the petitioner to pay the deficit stamp duty and deficit registration fee for a sum of Rs.3,12,065/- & Rs.24,005/- respectively.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is now ready and willing to pay the deficit stamp duty and registration fee. On receipt of the same, the respondent may be directed to register the Release Deed Document Nos.60 & 64 of 2002.

3. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to pay the deficit stamp duty and the registration fee as demanded by the respondent by an order dated 23.02.2015 within a period of two (2) weeks. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to register the RELEASE DEED executed by the petitioner which were kept pending as being Document Nos.60 and 64 of 2002 dated 11.11.2002 forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
