ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to rectify the alleged error in the revenue records pertaining to the property more fully described in the prayer to the writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, there is an error in the revenue records for the property more fully described in the prayer to the writ petition as it is owned by the petitioner. The petitioner seeks for correction of the same through his representation dated 19.02.2025 sent to the respondents 3 and 4. Since the said representation was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations, as stated above, are directed to be disposed of by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of any other third party whom the respondents deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2026, seeking for rectification of the alleged error in

the revenue records maintained by the official respondents pertaining to the subject property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of any third party, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
