This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct cultural programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) in the event of Parakottaiy Village Arulmigu Sree Idukkan Mariyamman Temple Festival at Kadaiyampatti Taluk, Salem District on 04.04.2023 between 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2023.
