This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner, dated 10.11.2014 and to confer pension benefits in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the

learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been considered by the respondent and he has also placed a letter No.27085/A4/2011, dated 05.05.2016 before this Court to that effect.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the Letter No.27085/A4/2011, dated 05.05.2016, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
