ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Mrs.Shabna, aged 23 years and grand father of the other minor detenue, aged about 2 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondents for production of the detenues.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. The detenue is none other than the daughter of the petitioner. She left the petitioner on her own volition and at present, she is living in Gujarat. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed as no further order is necessary.
