Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to measure the land in S.No.239/2 and 262/7 of Sujjalapatti Village, sub-divide the same and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner based on the representation dated 31.07.2017. 3.Mr.M.Selvam, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017 for issuance of separate patta, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks time.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
