O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Special court for the cases against MP and MLA cases at Chennai to comply with the copy application filed in C.A.No.7901 dated 19.03.2019 in Spl. C.C.No.31 of 2008.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that the copy application is pending, for want of correct description of document and the date to be mentioned and the document's serial No. stated in the copy application is not compliable in nature.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to represent the copy application after complying the corrections pointed out by the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

On receipt of such application, the trial Court is directed to consider the application and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
