, This petition has been filed with a prayer to arrest the second respondent, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 12.09.2019 in Crl.R.C.No.96 of 2018.

2. The respondent-police reports that they are not able to trace the convict. They also stated that as soon as they trace the convict, they will secure and produce him before the learned Judicial Magistrate for committal to the prison as per the judgment in Crl.R.C.No.96 of 2018.

3. However, even after the conviction was confirmed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.96 of 2018, long time has been lapsed but the convict is still at large. This Court permits the petitioner herein to place a public notice regarding the abscond of the convict and invite information about him from the public persons known to the convict.

4. With these directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
