The present Application has been filed to set aside the ex parte decree dated 12.02.2024, passed in this suit of C.S.No.183 of 2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Mr.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3197 of 2025 in C.S.No.183 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
