Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition; and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.833 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30663 of 2024, dated 22.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
