ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.366 of 2018 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submits that, the petitioner being a resident of Kancheepuram District and also having custody of the physically and mentally challenged minor girl child, is facing various hardships to attend the HMOP proceedings before the Subordinate Court, Tambaram Hence, the petitioner/wife has come forward with the present transfer petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that the respondent has no serious objection for transfer of the said HMOP proceedings to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.

4. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and I have also perused the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition. Page No.2 of 4

In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Transfer Civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed and the case in HMOP.No.366 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram and the same is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.
