..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned Communication of the 1st respondent vide its Proceedings dated 22.9.2014 in O.Mu.No.4889/2014/ A3 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to appoint non hereditary trustees to the A/m.Sri Kaviakaliamman Temple Situate at Kovilpalayam Annoor Taluk Coimbatore 641107 as per the recommendation of the petitioner dated 7.5.2014 provided the applicants do not suffer from any disqualifications contemplated under the Act. This writ petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 22.9.2014 in O.Mu.No.4889/2014/ A3 and for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to appoint non-hereditary trustees to the A/m.Sri Kaviakaliamman Temple Situate at Kovilpalayam Annoor Taluk Coimbatore 641107 as per the recommendation of the petitioner dated 7.5.2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died during the pendency of this writ petition. That apart, it is seen that the respondents have not been served notice in this writ petition. 3.

In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
