This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.86 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioners for the alleged offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.86 of 2014 and it is under investigation.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
