This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear before the West Zone Cyber Crime Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai, on first and third Saturday or every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.993 of 2025 in Page No.1 of 3

Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2024 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.993 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2024, dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
