The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Section 376(2)(f), 376(2)(n), 109, 509, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.01 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order of this Court in Crl. OP No.3153 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021, was dismissed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
