O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the orders dated 29.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2015 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2015 on 29.07.2015, on condition that they should appear before the respondent police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thrice a day for a period of 30 days, thereafter, twice a day for a period of 30 days and thereafter, once in a day for a period of 30 days. The petitioners are facing accusation for offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 324 IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act. The dispute is essentially between members of a family and that the petitioner is not facing serious charges. The petitioners being women, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge is liable to be relaxed completely.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.844 of 2015 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge is completely relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
