pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.4861/A2/2014 dated 02.01.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Telugu Pandit with effect from the date of appointment on 06.10.2010 with full salary and other consequential benefits.

ORDER

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that vide communication proceeding dated 23.03.2017 the petitioner's appointment in the post of Telugu Pandit has been approved and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition which was not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.
