(ii) To issue a direction, directing permit the petitioner to sit for the written examination and consequential practical and oral examination to be held by the 5th Respondent as scheduled or to be reschedule by the 7th respondent for MD/ MS Degree examination may 2020 by issuing hall ticket to the petitioner (in WMP.No.11099/2020) pending disposal of the above writ petition 9106/2020 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of G.ETHIRAJULU, Advocate for the petitioner in each the petitions and of M/S.A.V.RAMALINGAM Additional Government Pleader (Pondichery) for 1, 3 & 4 respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:-
O R D E R
Pursuant to the earlier direction issued by this Court Mr.Ravi learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submitted that hall tickets have been issued to the petitioners in order to enable them to appear in the examination commencing from tomorrow. This fact was also confirmed by Mr. G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It is made clear that the result shall not be published and this direction is subject to the result of the writ petition.
